Delivery Charges
Delivery is 100% free on all orders shipped within Pakistan — no minimum order value and no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

During Eid, sale seasons and public holidays, deliveries may take 2–3 extra days due to high courier volumes. We appreciate your patience!
How Your Order Travels
- Order confirmed: you receive a confirmation by email, and our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify your address.
- Packed with care: each outfit is checked, folded neatly and sealed securely.
- Dispatched: your parcel is handed to our trusted courier partner along with a tracking number.
- Delivered: the rider brings it to your door — pay in cash if you chose Cash on Delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you can follow it on our Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email. You can also contact us at any time for an update.
Address & Delivery Attempts
- Please enter your full address, nearest landmark and an active phone number so the rider can reach you.
- The courier will usually make up to two delivery attempts. If a parcel cannot be delivered, it is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Orders refused at the door without a valid reason may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives open, damaged or with an item missing, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and make it right as quickly as possible.
International Orders
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you would like to send an order to family abroad, please message us and we will do our best to help.
